I've been building websites for nearly 20 years, and WordPress sites for the last decade. I started in the agency world doing client builds and along the way wore every seat at the table — developer, project manager, account lead, team lead. Eventually I started my own business to work on my own terms and that's grown into WP Clutch with my brother Jacob.

Jacob Power
My background is in consulting — I spent years in the implementation and project side of the business world, working with clients on complex software builds and configurations. I've sat across the table from clients at every stage of a project, which means I know what it looks like when a vendor over-promises and a client gets left holding the bag. That experience is a big part of why I care so much about how we run WP Clutch.
Austin and I built this together because we wanted to do it the right way: straight answers, real accountability, and an actual human on the other end of the phone.

No such thing as a dumb question. Don't know how to change your footer copyright year? Got a scammy email from "domain services"? Want a second opinion on a plugin? That's literally what we're here for — so ask.
Your site is your stuff.
You own your hosting, your domain, your code. We're a service provider, not a gatekeeper. Leave any time, take everything with you.
Focus beats feature creep.
We do WordPress maintenance. Not SEO services, Facebook ads, email marketing, or branding. Specialists are better — and we'd rather be excellent at one thing than average at five.
Under-promise, over-deliver.
If we say same-day, we mean same-day. If we miss, we say so. We won't dress up a miss with a dashboard graph.
