Our services
WP Clutch provides ongoing WordPress maintenance — including updates, monitoring, backups, security scanning, and support — as described on our Pricing page. The specific inclusions of your plan are those in effect at the time of your subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
- Our maintenance plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Work beyond the time included in your plan may be billed separately, and we will tell you before any additional charges apply.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access we need to perform our services, including administrator credentials.
- Maintain your own hosting account and domain registration unless we agree otherwise.
- Use our services lawfully and not for any prohibited or harmful activity.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, plugin and theme developers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third parties.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep your site healthy and secure, but we do not guarantee that your site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to every security threat. The maintenance plan does not include brand-new site builds, custom development, SEO, advertising, content writing, or design.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WP Clutch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, we will return or delete your credentials on request.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
