Are there contracts?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No prorating games.
What if I need more "handle it" time than the 30 minutes included?
Overage is billed at $150/hour in 15-minute increments, invoiced the following month. We tell you when you're approaching the limit — no surprises. For most clients, 30 minutes is plenty.
Do you require specific hosting?
No. We work with any reputable managed WordPress host — Kinsta, WP Engine, Flywheel, SiteGround, and others. We prefer Kinsta and can migrate you if you want; happy to recommend if you ask.
What about e-commerce or membership sites?
Those aren't our focus, and we won't pretend otherwise. If your site depends on real-time commerce or complex integrations, we'll refer you to a team better equipped for that level of service.
How fast do you really respond?
During business hours (M–Th 8–5, F 8–12 MT): same-day, usually within a couple hours. For emergencies (site down, hacked), we aim for a couple hours, 7 days a week. We don't set formal SLAs — we just pick up the phone.
Do I have to move my site to you?
No. We just need admin access. Your hosting account stays yours. We believe you should always own your stuff.
Why one plan instead of tiers?
Tiers mean choosing between "adequate" and "actually good." We'd rather do one thing well and charge a fair price for it than make you pick which protections to skip.
What's not included?
Brand new site builds, custom development, SEO services, paid advertising, content writing, graphic design, and performance tuning beyond the basics. For specialists, we're happy to refer.
